JOB OPENING: Client Service Representative
LOCATION: Nashua, Hew Hampshire
REPORTING: Operations Manager of NSAI
JOB PURPOSE: To co-ordinate and assist in the maintenance
of accreditation of all aspects of NSAI’s US Auditing Operations,
and to support the technical function within NSAI.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
>> Responsible for the technical aspects of contract review
(i.e. review of new or potential business)
>> Co-operate and work with the Business Development and Marketing
functions in order to facilitate the introduction and or accreditation
of new schemes.
>> Responsible for preparing files to be submitted for grant
of registration, and re-issue of certificates following Re-Assessment,
and following up with auditors/technical department on questions
raised.
>> Responsible for co-coordinating the internal audits within
NSAI
>> Responsible for the development and maintenance of any
local NSAI procedures
>> Responsible for liaison with any accreditation bodies.
>> To assist with the dissemination of technical training
material to auditing staff.
Other duties as requested by Management of NSAI
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
>> Experience and knowledge of systems – quality systems
required, with any environmental, automotive, medical devices, aerospace
being desirable.
>> Excellent report writing, analytical and IT skills.
>> Career outlook must be achievement driven, dynamic, pragmatic,
solutions focused and flexible.
>> Ability to perform effectively at both the strategic and
operational level.
>> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the
ability to relate to people at all levels within and outside the
NSAI
>> Ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment

JOB OPENING: Lead Assessor
REPORTING: Operations Manager
JOB PURPOSE: To carry out certification and surveillance
activities in connection with the various schemes operated by the
NSAI
RESPONSIBILITIES:
>> Auditing client facilities for registration and routine
surveillance to assess their conformity to the associated management
system standard.
>> To conduct the above audits and prepare the associated
documentation in accordance with all NSAI procedures.
>> To communicate with assigned clients and NSAI staff to
ensure efficient audit planning and timely resolution of questions
and non-conformities.
>> To keep abreast of technology and regulatory trends affecting
certification.
>> To promote and project the Certification/Inspection service
through the dissemination of information by correspondence, lectures
and publications or otherwise as the opportunity arises.
>> To maintain strict confidentiality of matters relating
to client work at all times.
>> To undertake travel throughout the US and abroad to evaluate
applications for Certification and Registration Schemes operated
by NSAI
>> To perform any other duties as may be required by the Operations
Manager in accordance with the conditions of service of employees.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
>> Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to
people at all levels within and outside the NSAI.
>> Ability to write clear, concise reports
>> Ability to work on own initiative and to work as a team
member
>> Presentation skills which are required for promotion of
NSAI
QUALIFICATIONS:
>> Degree or equivalent in Science or Engineering discipline
with a minimum of five years experience.
>> A qualification as Lead Assessor of Quality Assurance and/or
Environmental Management Systems.
